Delivery available to postcodes within 25 miles of Blackburn, Chorley and Lytham shops. If you are just outside this area, please call to order and we can offer a quote for delivery.

Ordering & Delivery Arrangement

  • You can place orders on our website, at one of our stores or by contacting us via telephone.
  • Purchases are generally available for delivery within 1-2 days, subject to stock availability.
  • Once we’ve received your order, a member of the team will get in touch via telephone to arrange delivery at a time that is convenient for you. Please make sure you enter a valid telephone number at the checkout otherwise we may be unable to contact you leading to a delay in delivering your appliance.

What’s your Delivery Range?

We deliver to all postcodes within 25 miles of our stores in Blackburn, Lytham and Chorley.

If you are unsure of whether you are within range for free delivery, please enter your address at the checkout under “Calculate Shipping” and click “Update Totals”. If you not eligible for free delivery within our range, a message will be displayed in red. Sorry, you won’t be able to checkout online.

If you are outside the delivery range, please call us to order and we will give you a quote for delivery.

If you are very far from Blackburn, Lytham or Chorley, we may advise visiting another Euronics centre closer to your location.


Measurements – Will my appliance fit?

Please check your measurements to make sure your purchase will fit in the space available.

Please check your measurements before ordering. Freestanding gas ovens and built-in gas hobs need a gap of 4cm clearance around the hobs. High-level gas ovens need 10cm clearance around the grill, with nothing above the grill.

If you are unsure about this, please contact us to check or request our measuring service. Our measuring service is available in the local area for £20, refundable on purchase of appliances.

If an item is too large there will be an administration fee to return the item.


Free Delivery Service

Our delivery service includes delivery to your home.

Free Delivery Availability

Free delivery is available for all orders over £75 to addresses within a 25 mile radius of Blackburn, Lytham and Chorley. Deliveries outside of this area are usually chargeable depending on the goods ordered. Please contact us for more details.

Orders Under £75

Delivery for items under £75 cost £5 within 10 miles or can be posted at cost anywhere.
Spare parts can also be posted out at cost to a customer.

Preparation for Delivery

Please make sure our delivery men have clear and safe access, remove any breakables.

Please tell us in advance if the delivery involves stairs or cellars. We deliver to flats but do please notify us first, also please inform us of any parking problems.

Old Appliance Recycling

We offer removal of old appliances being replaced by a new purchase. We will remove old appliances, baking tins etc unless told otherwise.

Refrigeration must be complete, we give the old machines to a charity that refurbishes them, but they need all drawers and shelves. If you want to keep your shelves etc we cannot remove the old appliance.

Same Day Delivery

Same day delivery applies to stock items within local area, ordered before 11am, schedule permitting.
Items can be collected from our shop if this is easier for the customer. Payment must be by cash or card.
Leave refrigeration appliances to stand for at least a few hours before plugging in.

Fitting & Connection

Connection Service

Our connection service includes connection of your appliance to suitable existing points, this means the fittings needed to let the appliance work nothing more. It does not include fitting plumbing or repairs to plumbing, or re-wiring or the fitting of junction boxes. We will not fit to substandard plumbing or wiring.

Gas Appliance Fitting

Gas fittings are arranged with a Gas Safe plumber in the local area. Please check that your kitchen meets Corgi requirements for gas fittings, especially on hobs and high level cookers. Please ask our staff if you have any queries on this matter.

Built in Appliance Fitting

Hobs and some integrated appliances require a kitchen fitter, we can supply this but it is chargable, prices quoted are for the basic job and do not include extra hours and parts(payment to fitter on delivery).

Additional Work

Toplex will not be held liable for any work needed to ensure pipe work, gas, electrical supplies etc, meet with current requirements. We fit to suitable connections only.

Returns & Cancellations


Items that have been fitted or used cannot be returned unless faulty.

Parts cannot be returned unless faulty (this will be checked before a refund is given), be sure this is the correct part you need to repair your appliance.

Please be sure you buy what you need and want. We do not refund items because you have changed your mind about a purchase. Please get in touch via telephone or e-mail if you are unsure about a product before purchasing and we’ll be glad to offer advice.


Any orders which are cancelled may be subject to an administration charge.

Servicing & Spare Parts

Problems with an Appliance

Please be sure to have followed all troubleshooting and maintenance for your appliance as written in the instruction book before requesting a service call. Call-outs from ourselves or the manufacturer where there is no fault may be chargeable.

Any problems with an appliance and we will arrange to have the manufacturer’s engineer call-out, this usually is within 3-5 working days. We do not usually swap items without an engineer confirming a fault and attempting to fix the issue. We and the manufacturer have the right to attempt to repair the item first.

Things to check

Please remember to check the fuse on the appliances plug and follow your instruction book, before requesting an engineer.

Please remember to check filters on dryers, washers and vacuums before requesting an engineer. Most manufacturers will charge, even under guarantee if there is no fault or if the fault is down to misuse.

We cannot service appliances ourselves excepting Sebo vacuum cleaners. Outside of guarantee we can recommend local engineers.

We cannot service any machines whilst the guarantee is active, as this would invalidate the manufacturers guarantee. Unauthorised repairs can void the guarantee.


Ordering Spare parts

To purchase spare parts we ALWAYS need the make, model and serial number, even for vacuum bags. We cannot supply Vax, Cookworks, Proline or Diplomat parts or any ‘own brand’.

Parts for models under 2yrs and over 10yrs can often only be purchase direct from the manufacturer. If you purchase a part we presume that you are able to fit it and that you know that it is the part that is needed.

Parts have to be ordered and usually take 2-3 weeks. Parts must be paid for on order.
